Use of my lending library
Two pre-natal meetings to discuss your preferences for labor and birth, practice relaxation techniques and provide you with any requested information
Assistance with writing a birth plan/wish list, if desired
On-call availability 24/7 from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby.
Continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor and birth including the use of comfort measures such as massage, counter-pressure, hot/cold packs, position changes and aromatherapy.
Support up to two hours post-partum to help the new family settle in and offer basic breastfeeding assistance (if desired)
One post-partum visit in your home to reflect on your birth, answer questions and of course admire your beautiful new baby! Current fee for the above package is $350. Since, we strongly believe in the value of doula support we are able to work for a sliding scale for those who truly can not afford a doula at this time.
